How can I detect RIBOFLAVIN inside the cells?

Hi everyone,

I got a question about the methods/assays I can use to detect Riboflavin inside the cells. Also after treatment with RF ?

Fluorescence spectroscopy, HPLC, ELISA, seahorse???

If anyone can give me any advs I would be very grateful.
