Dear all,

I am interested in understanding the effects of pH on the spectrophotometric behavior of flavins (riboflavin, FMN, and FAD) and NADH/NADPH (including the oxidized form). Specifically, I am looking to explore this effect in a simple aqueous solution containing only water and flavins or NADH. Furthermore, I am curious to know if exposure to natural light in a simple aqueous solution containing flavins or NADH can lead to the degradation of these compounds.

I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could provide a simple explanation or suggest articles that focus on this topic.

Thank you in advance.
