I'm running XF T Cell persistence assay in a mini Seahorse. I used to not have problems until I start getting some negatives values in OCR measurements, and also errors with both background wells, because of inadequate oxygen level. The products are the same, the density of cells are also the same.

Did someone experience something like this? Which can be the problem? Any recomendation?
