I have obtained a yield of 20-30 ng/ul eluiting with 100 ul of distilled water.
I think that for plant samples DNA yield is more dependent on the quality of homogenization (and after that getting rid of inhibitors) than on the method of extraction.
which is the best way to homogenize for example leaf tissue? And what about inhibitors?? many thanks for your support

In past I have seen that gDNA runs well on 0,8 gel (home made gel agarose) but with precast gel I haven't had the possibility of choosing the right percent of agarose.
