Media is fine. other things are also OK. Derbies are not present within the cells. They are not affecting cell's morphology or anything and mainly present in background. but its in large amount which is not normal for any cell line. These derbies/particles are not moving. They are mainly present in background and in media.
I used to get debris that sounds like what you're describing when I cultured my 3T3-L1 fibroblasts above 20 passages. The cause -> they were old/damaged cells that were dividing slowly and dying off quickly. In my case, the debris was apoptotic cell fragments. I'm not sure what cells you're using, but are your cultures high passage number? Careful leaving apoptotic cells in culture with living cells, the living cells could appear OK, but their gene expression could be changed by the presence of large amount of cell debris.
