I have a question about normalizing the MTT OD values for doing the statistical analysis. So, if we have 3 different plates and we call them 3 different replicates, so, first we would normalize every value to the control of that particular plate. But as we have 3 sets of experiments so how can we do the statistical analysis for these three replicates. As the control must be 100% for all the three sets of experiments.

Control OD value divided by itself is 1 then multiply by 100% gives you 100%. If you do this for all the control values in three different plates, you can essentially obtain an equivalent percentage number of 100% for all three of them. Then, all other samples' OD values can also be divided by its respective control OD values to obtain relative level of percentage of control. In this way, even though they are obtained in different plates, they are now comparable among each other. If this is what you desire, then you can run statistical analysis per your plan. I hope it makes sense to you.
Thank you for your answer, but what if three separate plates have been run, in this case are we supposed to normalize it to their internal controls only or we can add all the controls together and treat it as a separate control?
I think it is only right to treat each control as respective control for each plate.
