Answer is already there. You can always check for those SNPs in 1000 genomes, HGDP or HapMap population data set. These are partially or fully available in public portal. One strategy may be, you can populate your SNP list SNPs from dbSNP common and clinically relevant SNP lists and check for population wise SNP frequency structure or allelic forms in the said data set. Hope this would work for you.
