How rigid or bendy is m13 phage?

i have tried through literature search find out how "bendy" m13 phage is.

and so fare i have come back with nothing. there are papers describing how much the phage can stretch but nothing about how flexible the rod shape is sideways. in electron microscopy images there are bended phages but i want to know how flexible it is
