I want to work with Cal148 Cell line of breast cancer but DSMZ (Germany) institute having it do not provide it in INDIA. ATCC is not having this cell line. Is there any other option from where I can procure it? Please suggest.

Yes. Reach out of the labs which have worked and published on this cell line previously. Often you can form collaborations and have the collaborator ship you a vial of frozen cells. In return, you must list them as a co-author on your publication.
