We are planning to buy shRNA for our experiments. can anyone suggest which form is good like whether one should buy bacterial stocks, plasmid or lentiviral particles? Is it good to buy bacterial stocks and then amplify the culture and plasmid further isolate plasmid from them to use for transfection in mammalian cells?

Yes, you can go ahead and buy shRNA shipped as bacterial glycerol stocks. Make sure that the host is Stbl or RecA- strain ,since lentiviral and rAAV have direct repeats which are highly recombinogenic.
As a rule of thumb, once you get glycerol stocks, streak them onto fresh, antibiotic supplemented LB agar plates, isolate plasmid from a single colony and perform requisite qualitative checks and store them as plasmid stocks.
