H9C2 cell line can differentiate in cardiac or skeletal cells. I have to show that my cells are definitely cardiac ones. Does anyone have experience with this?
These are already cardiac cells.
do U want to differentiate them to any other lineage.
U can prove them as cardiac cells by doing PCR for cardiac markers like, ctT, ctI, MHC, NKx, cardiac actinin alpha, etc.
U can also do western blot, immunocytochemistry or flowcytometry, to prove their lineage.
Dear Sofya,
I am sending you an article. I hope it will solve your problem. If you have any more problem, feel free to ask.
