Alpha protein are structural domains whose secondary structure is mainly composed of only alpha helices.
Beta proteins are structural domains whose secondary structure is mainly composed of only Beta sheets
alpha/beta protein are structurally composed of alternating alpha helices and beta sheets in which the beta sheets are mostly parallel to each other.
alpha + beta proteins that have secondary structure composing of alpha helices and beta sheets that occur separately along the entire backbone. Hence the Beta strands are antiparallel to each other

For your examples you could have the following
Hemoglobin= a globular protein primarily made of alpha helices, therefore alpha protein
Collagen: A structural protein = purely alpha helical, therefore Alpha protein
Green fluorescent protein (GFP) = a beta barrel structure so I think its a beta protein but not sure if it contains many alpha helices.. cant remember
Most proteins are a good mix of beta and alpha secondary structure and so just look them up yourself for the Alpha/Beta examples
