Hello everyone,

I am currently setting up IP against the PSD-95 protein, unsuccessfully at the moment.

Could you please tell me which PSD-95 antibody you are using for an IP? And what protocol do you follow? lysis buffer used? etc.

I use primary neuronal culture (from WT rat) at 15 DIV and adult WT mouse brain homogenates.
