How to solubilize oily plant extracts in cell culture media in order to analyse the therapeutics effects (on keratinocytes/fibroblasts) ?

The oily preparations contain mostly oleic acid (around 40%)

We tried :

- DMSO, EtOh 70, 90%, mixing solvent with EtOh / Tween 20 / Water

- With or without sonication step (RT and 50°C)

We could'nt find a way to create a stable emulsion. What do you recommend ?
