As you imagine, protein mobility on SDS-PAGE is very relative depending on the context of the sample. Therefore, care must be taken to adjust the content of the samples to be compared. If it is difficult to adjust, mix and use as a control (Please see Figure 7 at https://doi.org/10.1042/BSR20150111).
