I have liquid sample and using cell assay to test its effects. My sample does not have solid or powder form, Extraction, freeze drying, or lyophilization of it will deteriorate its quality. Thus, I choose to use it in liquid form. However, my liquid sample is not highly concentrated. I going to test it for several concentrations. How u prepare the liquid sample in order to use it in cell assay without make the cell medium diluted? In others word, how to have the even volume of cell medium?
