i have been working on mechanism by which bacillus strains can fight with fungal pathogens when they come in direct contact to each other. it has been well documented that antibiosis plays an important role during direct antagonism. i was looking for some references suggesting the role of lipopeptides from bacillus strains on virulence/pathogenecity genes of fungal pathogens.
