Could any one provide me with the protocol for Plasma Membrane Isolation via sucrose density gradient ultracentrifuagation?

I want to isolate Plasma membrane only from the K562 cell lines to for lipidomics. Can anyone provide me with a protocol that i can use that shows how to first prepare the gradient and then in what fractions would I get the desired plasma membrane?
