Yes it could be. What you probably want is SEC or GPC - the chemical nature of the mono-, oligo and polysaccharides isn’t great so you want to distinguish them by size. The system can separate mono from di from fro but cant tell different monosaccharides apart.
unless someone else at your institution has already done it, you are probably going to have to order a column. Find one that works for saccharides in the desired MW range.
