DNA of host cell infected with Human T-cell lymphotropic virus is usually considered as non-infectious but its genomic RNA in the host plasma has recently detected. In order to isolate the genomic DNA from the host body, we usually use the readymade kit. DNeasy blood and tissue kit (Qiagen) is one of them which is easily available in the market.
