Does the gender of the recipient animal matter for the engraftment of the B16 tumour line?

What is the gender of the cell line? I have seen publications were males were used and others were female were used.

If a male cell line is transplanted to a female animal would it not elicit a male-into-female graft rejection? Or is the B16 so poorly immunogenic that it doesn't matter?
