Is there a method to stain cells with a fluorescent antibody or molecule that directly or indirectly measures telomere length?
Dear Pedro
Please find an old review on this subject.
Cytometry (Communications in Clinical Cytometry) 42:159–164 (2000)
Hope this will help you guide your experimental protocol
Dear Pedro,
There is a single flow cytometric method for measurement of relative telomere length by DAKO (flow fish).
You can see on DAKO official website(http://www.dako.com/).

Good luck and All the best,
Ishak
Dear Ishak,
thank you. Have you ever tried the protocol yourself?
Yes, many years ago. This protocol needs overnight incubation and hybridization. But, you can use it.
Dear Pedro, actually we developed a new method for TL measurement .But, I can't give you our protocol for now because the confidentiality. I can share you next year , ı think.
No problem Ishak! Looking forward to that publication!
Dear Ishak, requesting you to please share the protocol with us.
