Primers after designing?

I designed primers for a specific DNA sequence, what is the next step? how can i get the primers in lab? form a company?

Try to find out country representative/dealer for any these companies: Integrated DNA Technology, Sigma, Bio Basic, Bioneer etc. and they can give you a proper guideline for getting your designed primer. There are many local companies that deals with these companies and supply primers. The process is very simple.
