I'm wondering how to get a list of microRNA or lncRNA or other types of RNA that is associated with a certain type of cancer such as breast cancer?
I see in research paper they often put a list of candidate RNAs and then they choose the one that has the highest or lowest expression profile.
From where they get that list?
