10cm culture dish has a surface area of 56.7 cm^2. If you seed 2.2 x 10^6 cells, at confluency you may obtain 8.8 x 10^6 cells. This is an approximate number. It will give you an idea about the cell number in a 10cm dish at confluency for NSC-34 cells.
