I used 1ml of serum sample and processed with a) total exosome isolation reagent; 4478360 b)Total exosome RNA isolation kit;4478545 and got hardly 5ng/ul of "mirna". Is this the normal concentration that usually get ? How to increase the yield of miRNA using above mentioned reagents ?

pure exosomes have very low RNA content, so what you see is normal. couple our papers attached- on analysis of RNA content of exosomes derived from serum and other samples
