Is there any easy way to check if given miRNA hybridize to RNA (extracellularly)?

Suppose we have given miRNA (that according to in silico analysis should bind to a specific sequence in RNA) that is labeled with a fluorescent dye (or is labeled otherwise) and we have isolated total RNA. Is it possible to simply add labeled miRNA to RNA, hybridize, then rinse not bound miRNA and check if we can detect fluorescence or not?
