The site shows that my works are cited in some papers, however when I checked those papers, I found no sign of being referenced (on the other hand my work is referenced in completely different text, which is not recognised at all, maybe because those text weren't uploaded to the site). How to ensure the citations are attribute correctly?
Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do. I have similar problems with my publications and so do many others. All citations are identified automatically, and ResearchGate's algorithm for this does not work very well. The staff does not have the capacity (and perhaps also not the technical possibility) to change citations by hand.
