Is it appropriate to use DMSO:Corn oil mixture (50:50) in mouse as IP?
I heard corn oil can induce colitis as IP, but there are many researchers using corn oil as in vivo test. I wonder your opinion.

If very necessary then use DMSO and try to reduce. Best is corn oil.
