Is GOI-targeting sgRNA score for CRISPR/Cas9 technology exclusively inevitable for effective targeting in plants?

I have a gene of interest that has higher AT-rich composition. Also, GOI has 1-4 mismatches for the "seed sequence". I think this is the factor that the sgRNA scoring is relatively low, 0.5.., compared to other genes I had been targeting. Is sgRNA targeting GOI scoring hypothesized by online softwares for CRISPR/Cas9 technology exclusively imperative in case of plants?
