I could found that for in vitro cell culture treatment DHA and BSA conjugates in different ratio but for in vivo exogenous DHA administration do I need to add BSA if so what is the recommended ratio of DHA:BSA or can I treat the mice with ethanol dissolved DHA.

Albumin transports free fatty acids (DHA) in vivo. The case of the cell culture is a different situation.

Thanks for the reply , so you mean to say that albumin which is present in body can act as vehicle for exogenously added DHA so for in vivo bsa conjugation is not required.
sir but in diseased condition if serum albumin levels decreases will it effect the transport of these fatty acids which we gave exogenously?

Human serum albumin (HAS), the most abundant (50% - 60% of blood plasma proteins ) protein in the human plasma (with at least seven binding sites for long-chain fatty acids), is involved in the transport of endogenous and exogenous molecules such as thyroxine, free fatty acids, bilirubin and various pharmacologic agents and drugs. It is the principal carrier for fatty aids. The normal range of albumin in human plasma is 3.5 to 5.5 g/dL or 35-55 g/L. Decreased blood albumin levels occur in liver and kidney diseases. Very low conentrations of blood albumin are principally found in critically ill patients. HSA has been widely used clinically in the treatment and management of a wide range of disorders and pathologic conditions, including hypoalbuminemia. The binding affinity for HSA is one of the most crucial determinants influencing the tissue distribution and free blood concentrations of a variety of ligands.
Decreased serum albumin concentration in critical illness is linked to a poor outcome. In spite of theoretical advantages of utilizing human albumin solution as a plasma substitute, reports have documented that correcting hypoalbuminemia has no impact on outcomes in the critically ill.
