Need a lengthy PEEK with Zirconia based nano composite of 180 mm length. Which method is possible? Tried injection molding no proper mix. Solvent casting process is also very costly. Kindly anyone share your answers

what is the range of zirconia incorporation you are looking to achieve. are you trying to get fibers or film. Selecting an ideal solvent could help you better. For CNT-Nafion I could succeed with DMAc but for Nafion-TPP, DMAc was not useful but pentanediol helped achieve better dispersion even at very high TPP loadings.

Using solvents is it possible to make 180mm x 16 mm bar size nano composite. I tried injection molding it doesn't gives me perfect mixing of materials. Thanks for your answers I will go through the papers attached

Yes, I have prepared my composite membranes mostly by solution casting with different solvents. You need to find the optimum concentration for getting a good film (5 - 10 wt% solutions normally work).
