is centrifugation is reliable to get the dry weight of Ganoderma lucidum fungus mycelia. if that the case which speed and time should i use? some friends recommended it because the filter paper filteration was inefficient as it is too slow but i fear that centrifugation may not harvest all the cells of fungus?

If you just need to harvest mycelia for maybe molecular analysis etc, then you can centrifuge as mentioned above, but if your target is to get the dry weight to calculate for moisture content, then you will need to dry them in oven after harvest.
thanks a lot for all of you. I absolutely will dry them at oven untill a constant weight. but ordinary filetation was ineffiecient and deadly slow and also i havent had a clue about centrifugation speed and time. so i am gonna use 3500 rpm for 15 minutes as mentioned.
