I need to prepare 1000microg/ml and I could not figure out the amount of glucose which I have to weight.
It's the same as 1mg/ml. So if you need e.g. 100ml, add 100mg. For small volumes, prepare a 10x stock solution and dilute appropriately.
As mentioned above, it is 1 mg/ml or you could see it as 1g/L.
just prepare a stock solution at 1g/l, ie 1mg/ml and dilute it 3 times by 10...

@Faiza
It depends on how much you need...it is 1 mg/ml, so to prepare one liter you have to weight I g and complete to one litre by your solvent
Frederic Lepretre the final solution wanted is 1mg/ml, so the stock shouldn't be diluted. It just depends on the volume needed, and what's easier to weigh (I prefer weighing 1 g over 1 mg personally)
As mentioned above, this concentration equal to 1g/L. We can pour 1 g glucose in a jojeh balloon (1L) and then fill the ballon with water to 1 L.
My master's research is in info retrieval and text mining. I would be grateful if you could help me to select a good topic for my phd research proposal.
