We're using LB media, 1mM IPTG, and letting it incubate at 18°C over night. Will adding glucose or something else to the media increase bacterial expression?

you can use some high cell density media as Enpresso or YGR, that will not allow you to improve the specific expression of the protein for each cell but to improve the amount of cell for liter and therefore the volumetric productivity since more cells mean also more protein.
i also tested the TB media in the past but with no very nice improvments.
