Hi, we're trying to determine two amiglucosides antibiotics and one aminoacid in a powder mix whose principal ingredient is glucose: 60 % w/w. The antibiotics are amikazine and apramycin, the aminioacid, L-cysteine. They are present in concentrations ranging from 20 to 300 mg/kg. Unfortunately this components are polar, and non-absorbent in UV, so we'll try to determine them with HPLC-ELSD, with an amino column. We consider of the upmost importance to get rid of the glucose before the HPLC injection. All the mix is completely soluble in water. Any suggestion of how to approach the elimination of the glucose will be highly appreciated. Thank you very much,
