I think there are several companies that offer albumin depletion kits based on affinity chromatography, as people -in contrast to yourself- tend to be interested in the low(er) abundant proteome.

Following depletion of a human plasma sample, you could elute the depletion column, for example with a pH step, in order to obtain the bound material.

What is the aim of your work? Depletion kits usually do the opposite - they remove albumin and other high abundance proteins.

Separation of albumin (and other proteins) from plasma  are now done using carrier phase ultrafiltration, with pulsed sample injection.  By optimizing the solution pH and ionic strength, it is now even possible to fractionate these proteins from plasma.

CIMac @HSA column for depletion of HSA from plasma or other biological samples. Then you can use eluted HSA for further analyes or HSA depleted plasma. Check the attached publication.

Cibacron blue can be your best choice. There is also a list of 96-novel affinity dyes based on modification of basic Cibacron blue dye. Some of the modified dyes have even higher binding capacity with human serum albumin compared to basic Cibacron blue. Please refer to my publication.
