after pouring the agar plates, leave the lid slightly open in a sterile hood till the plates cool down. It may take about a hour to be safe. Then leave put the lids fully and leave it at room temperature overnight.

Usually i do same as you suggested but problem still continue. 

Instead of using parafilm, for many years we have been using medical gas-permeable tape (Micropore™ Surgical Tape; 3M Health Care, USA) [see below] to wrap the plates, which reduces the condensation in plates.

vapour goes higher. stacking is good because of mjnjmalisation of heat gradient. think it over, it is simple.turning is good again, vapour will goes onto agar.
