I have 23 chloroplast genome data and want to plot a comparative graph . In comparatives genomic studies, i have seen people use Circos to make some easy representation.
Can someone teach me how to do that?
I am using Window10 (64bit).
Hi, I used it as an R package. Depends on how proficient you are in programming, it could be an good solution.

The best way to learn Circos is to fellow the tutorials, and yes it takes time....

To add to Michail Yekelchyk answer, ggraph (https://github.com/thomasp85/ggraph) is another R package which can be used to generate a link graph similar to that of Circos. The difference is there is not much you have to invest upfront to start using ggraph.
