I'm working on exosomes isolated from blood samples and cell culture supernatant.
I'm wondering if I could quantify exosomes based on Elisa Method coated with exo Ab (CD63 / CD9/C81...)
My concern is that I only find kits with one antibody at once (most of the time CD9)
Does one of you know a reliable kit for exosome quantification in serum ?
I can't une NTA method for my experiment because of viral particles at the same size of my sample that could also scatter the light...

Why don't you try using the kit from Novus Biologicals. It measures exosomes from serum as well as cell culture supernatant. The ELISA plate is precoated with proprietary pan-exosome antibodies.

As far as I understand, you are not sure if it gives a sufficiently accurate quantification since most kits contain a single primary antibody.
There are kits that say they have high sensitivity for exosomes, but if you are looking for something overall, you can check out Abnova kits.
I see there are separate kits for plasma, serum, and cell culture media & all of them are precoated with proprietary pan-exosome antibodies :

Did you test those Elisa kits ? I've checked on the Internet and there are many kits available but as it is very expensive I would like to choose one which works the best.
