I received a piece of operative tissue in a frozen "cryomold". Im a not familiar with this thing. I wanted to do RNA extraction from this tissue. I don't know how to recover the tissue from the cryomold. Do you have any information about how to remove the tissue from the surface and from the coumpound it is included in ? Thank you.
