Does someone have experience with cultivation of C4-2 cells in 15 cm dishes?

I am culturing C4-2 cells in 15 cm dishes in different serumes of 5% FCS and 5% DCSS. since the cells are slow in attaching to the dish in DCSS compare to the FCS if someone has experience, can help me if I wanna to get finally 8 million cells in each 15 cm dish howmany cells should I seed in each 15 cm dish and after howlong I will reach 8 million of C4-2 cells in FCS and DCSS included serum ?

Hi Elmira:

Usually, C4-2 cells are growing very fast. We are using 10% FBS. You can try with 10% FBS - it will work.
