Fabrication of Supercapacitor Electrode ?

Hi every body,

I want to fabricated a supercapacitor electrode with Ti3C2Tx (MXene) on carbon fiber. my question is : How can I encapsulated carbon fibers to avoid capillary effect of the electrolyte

through the carbon fibers?
