I would like to immortalize blood cells and cells from a skin biopsy. I need advice on which protocol to use.
For B cells immortalization from patients, we use the Epstein-Barr virus...

For skin, I'm sorry, I've never immortalized this kind of cells...but probably it can be done by serial replating of cells (Immortalization by serial passage)...
