One of our patients has elevated pancreatic enzymes but no clinical signs of pancreatic disease (e.g. pain) and no morphological signs of pancreatic damage - thus not enough criteria for pancreatitis. There is also no sign of exo- or endocrine pancreatic insufficiency.

We believe this could be the effect of colloidal silver he started taking a while ago.

Any suggestions?
