During the release test of Amphotericin B using 1% Tween 80, i observed three peaks even in the standard. The first peak consistently yielded results around 500%, while the other peaks showed approximately 5%. I am employing piroxicam as an internal standard.

I have conducted tests using two different mobile phases: 0.1% acetic acid with ACN (68:32) and Sodium acetate pH 5.0 with ACN (67:33). The flow rate was set at 1 mL/min, and UV detection was performed at 383 nm. Can anyone help me in to resolve this issue?
