Dear Soumen Jana No, they are not. There are three reasons:
-They do not claim it themselves
-There are to many so-called misleading metrics like OAJI, ESJI and I2OR (https://beallslist.net/misleading-metrics/ ) included in their indexing info of the journal (https://tnsroindia.org.in/journals.html ) and UGC CARE mentions themselves “If any misleading and/or false metrics are displayed anywhere on the journal's website or its pages the journal will not be eligible for inclusion in the UGC-CARE list” https://ugccare.unipune.ac.in/apps1/home/index
-Last but not least, according to https://ugccare.unipune.ac.in/apps1/home/index they clearly indicate that only the following three indexed of WoS makes a journal part of the UGC-CARE list Group II: AHCI, SCIE and SSCI. The reason is that Zoological Record is not part of the so-called WEB OF SCIENCE core selection (see enclosed figure).
