Can anyone suggest a reliable method/kit/reagent to detect ROI and RNI in formalin fixed cells?

I need to detect ROI and RNI in mouse immune cells, preferably using flow cytometry. I have to fix the cells before running them on flow.

I tried optimizing the CellRoX green for ROI, but somehow the fixation messes up the signal, even though the company claims it is compatible with fixation.

Haven't found anything to detect RNI, that is compatible with fixation.

try to permeabilize your cells firstly with 0.05% Triton X-100 in PBS for 15 min then stain them, but you need to optimize your antibodies for best concentration (dilution), you can use this method by either fluorescent microscopy or by flowcytometer
