For my research I need to do some RNA-Seq experiments in order to generate a miRNA profile from scratch from blood serum samples. However, we have a specific budget for this project which is not much around 133 K dollars. Can you guys reccomend any core facilities around the world that can provide me with help regarding any facilities that you had personal experience with or that you know of, it would be greatly appeciated.

if it's just about sequencing, since it's miRNA you don't really need big machine to get a reasonable cost. If you want cheap, good quality but a longer turnaround time (2-3 months) I would suggest Macrogen from Korea to outsource the sequencing.
