Differential expression of which LTP-upregulated proteins can be revealed via immunofluorescence?

If one wants to see up/downregulation of some proteins which are involved in LTP-induced signaling cascade, which proteins can be reliably targeted for an immunofluorescence protocol? (e.g. Can I detect differential expression of BDNF and/or mTOR between their baseline and LTP-induced expression levels?)
